We do not promise a fixed stipend payout. The final stipend amount (up to ₹30,000 for Senior Consultants and up to ₹20,000 for Junior Consultants) is determined strictly on a performance basis. Payouts are calculated using the Performance Index (PI), which is transparently and 100% decided by ratings received from clients at the end of the JEE Consulting cycle.
Smart Referral & Commission System.
If an assigned client wishes to pursue a branch or college outside your personal area of expertise (for example, you study CS at IIITD but they want DTU Biotech), you can seamlessly transfer them to a better-suited peer representative. For every successful transfer, you can receive up to a 10% commission. We do not promise a fixed commission; payouts are subject to the Performance Index (PI) and client satisfaction evaluations.
